An open call for youth workers and youth leaders from 12 European countries to join the Erasmus+ training course "From I to Us", which takes place in Arterra Bizimodu, Spain, from 4-11 March 2025. The project addresses the urgent need to shift from an individualistic mindset to a more collective, community-oriented approach in response to local and global challenges that cannot be solved alone. This project is organised by Arterra Bizimodu and co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme.
About the training course
"From I to Us" is a training course that focuses on shifting from an individual mindset to a collective, community-oriented approach. Using tools practised in intentional communities and ecovillages, participants will explore methods that strengthen collaboration, belonging, and shared responsibility. The program integrates non-violent communication, sociocracy, collective decision-making, and group dynamics, adapting these tools to youth work and organisational settings.
Main Objectives
- Empower individuals, especially young people, to discover and apply their full potential.
- Transform “I” into “Us” by building a collective perspective rooted in belonging, purpose, and cooperation.
