Description

" Solidarity Journalists" is a ESC voluntary project prepared by Nevo Parudimos in Resita, Romania. Nevo Parudimos is a non-governmental, civil and independent association of other governmental bodies, created by free choice and initiative of the founding members in August 2008. The purpose of the association is "to reduce economic, social and educational disparities in society."
They need 6 volunteers in this project for 9 months.


Finance and Benefits

- Travel budget is ( 180 / 275 / 360 ) euro based on the European Commission's distance band.

- Visa cost up to 120 euro.

- The host organization provide accommodation in a full- equiped and furnished apartment.

- The volunteers will be accommodated in double bedrooms.

- The flat has its own kitchen and bathroom as well.

- Pocket money is 90 euro / month.

- Food allowance is 150 euro / month.

- Language course.

- Trainings.

- Health insurance.

- Youthpass certificate.


Duration

A total of 9 months from 15/8/2021 to 14/5/2022


Eligibility

- Aged between 18 - 30 years.

- Flexible, open, tolerant and communicative.

- Experienced as a local volunteer.

- Interested in the media.

- Willing to work in teams or individually with Initiative and creativity.

- You want to help young people especially with deprived condition.

- You have at least a beginner level of English Knowledge.

- You are resident in EU counties or Partner countries in ESC. you can check list of these countries from here
