Bricks with Meaning training course in Tallinn, Estonia for 7 days (Fully Funded)

An excellent training opportunity for youth educators who care about youth issues and work to solve their problems. This training will be available to 22 young people from 7 countries in Tallinn, Estonia. The training is organised by MTÜ Õigus Olla (Youth NGO) with co-funded by Erasmus+ programme of European union.

About The course

This training aims to provide youth educatorswith innovative tools to demonstrate in practice how they are used and applied in youth work and youth problem solving. This training will contribute to increasing the creativity and self-ability and the ability to use them in achieving the goals pursued by young people. This will be covered by:

- Empowering youth educators to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities.

- Developing innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors.


About Tallinn

Tallinn is the capital of the Republic of Estonia and its administrative center is Harju County. It is the country's largest city and the oldest capital in Northern Europe. The city occupies an area of 159.2 km2 and has a population of 428,778. There are many things to do in Tallinn between a maze of beautiful winding streets and lanes, then ancient stone walls dotted with towers, and finally lush gardens. There is a lot to discover in this central part of the city. As for the most famous sights in Tallinn, they are the tower of St. Olaf's Church, the Tallinn Wall, the Kalamaja district and the creative city of Teleskevi. 


Finance and Benefits

- No Application fee

- Participation fee is 40 euro for each participant that will be collected after arriving to Estonia

- Travel costs will be reimbursed up as the following limits

Estonia - 20 EUR

Lithuania - 180 EUR

Croatia, Poland, France, Czech Republic - 275 EUR

Spain - 360 EUR

- Accommodation, Food and program materials will be covered by Organisers

- All participants will be accommodated in twin rooms at the hotel DZINGEL which is located in the midst of the greenery of Nõmme, a 15-minute drive from the Old Town of Tallinn, 6 km from the airport.

- Participants will be Provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to coffee breaks during the training course.


Eligibility

This program for youth workers and educators working with young people with fewer opportunities With the following conditions

- You have 18 years old or over

- Able to talk and communicate in English 

- Be ready to promote activities in own community after training course ends

- Should take part in the whole period of the training course 

- Selected Participants are in charge of dissemination and visibility activities of the project

- Selected Participants should organise a local event in their own community within the month and a half after the training course ends


Timeline

Deadline: Application deadline is 15 March 2022

Selection: Date of selection 18 March 2022, whether you have been selected to participate or not

Arrival: Arrival day is 2 April 2022

Departure: Departure day is 10 April 2022
