Training course " Act of Unity " for youth in Armenia (Fully Funded)

The ''Act of Unity'' project is a 7 day training for youth workers on the topic of building quality partnerships within ESC volunteering projects and organise quality solidarity projects including youth with fewer opportunities. This project will be in Martuni, Armenia for 30 participants By Morcelliano Institute Foundation.

About Martuni

Martuni is a town and urban municipal community in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia, located on the southern shores of Lake Sevan. The town had a population of 11,200 inhabitants. Martuni is famous for its sanded shores and woods across the Lake Sevan. People here are very hospitable and gentile. It is famous for Armenian traditional dish called Tolma made of grape leaves and meat and rice.

About the Project

The project stands in line with the EU Youth strategy priority given to Engaging , Connecting and Empowering young people and Erasmus plus programme Guide 2020 priority of supporting youth workers in developing and sharing effective methods in reaching out to marginalised young people.

Eligibility

- Participants must be aged over 18 years old.

- You are a resident in one of the following countries ( Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, France, Georgia, Italy, Latvia, Morocco, Portugal, Republic of North Macedonia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine )

- This training course is targeted at:

• project managers
• volunteering project coordinators
• mentors & tutors
• youth workers/youth leaders and active members of organisations
• community workers who deal with young people with fewer opportunities.
• NGO workers
• NGO project coordinators

Finance and Benefits

The project is Funded by Erasmus + Programme of the European Commission.

- Your travel costs will be reimbursed in Cash after the project in Armenia as the following amounts:-

Armenia - 0 Euro

Georgia - 144 Euro

North of Macedonia, Egypt, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey - 220 Euro

Italy, Slovenia, Latvia - 288 Euro

France, Spain - 424 Euro

Morocco, Portugal - 656 Euro

- Host Organisation Bus Will be waiting for you in YEREVAN ZVARTNOTS AIRPORT AT 15:00 ON 5TH JUNE 2022

- Participation fee 30 euro will be reserved from travel cost during the Reibursement

- Participants will be accommodated in Hotel " SIRO KENATS " in Martuni, Armenia

- Everyone will share a room with another 2-4 people.

- Bathrooms are shared between all of you , but some rooms have private bathrooms.

- Three times meal and Coffee  breaks will be provided

- The project doesn't cover any visa cost. but If you safe on your travel costs, they will try to reimbursed you in Armenia.

- Do not forget to keep all your boarding passes, invoices, bus/ train/ metro tickets in order for them to be reimbursed.

What to Bring?
