UEFA EURO 2024 is a joint program run by UEFA and the ten host cities. The tournament will be for one month between 14th of June - 14th of July.
About UEFA EURO 2024
UEFA Euro 2024, commonly referred to as Euro 2024, will be the 17th edition of the European Championship, the international men's football tournament organised by UEFA every four years. Germany will host the scheduled tournament from June 14 to July 14, 2024. there will be 24 teams in the Tournament.
About the UEFA EURO Volunteer program 2024
Being a volunteer for UEFA EURO 2024 is a unique opportunity to volunteer abroad and be a part of the biggest sport event in Europe 2024. At the UEFA EURO 2024 you can expect more than 25 different areas and positions, which permit you to see behind the scenes of the tournament. Depending on the game schedule and venue, the number of volunteers required, their areas of work and positions, and the required availability can alter. Before the official begin of the tournament and task, each volunteer is of course prepared for their area of assignment and can at that point go into the tournament perfectly prepared.
The areas of the application are:
- Access Management, Accreditation, Anti-Doping, Broadcaster Services, Ceremonies, Concessions & Catering, Driving, Event Transport, Fan welcome & info, Fan zone, Guest management, Protocol, Hospitality production, ICT, Marketing Operations, Media Operations & Services, Signage & logistics, Social Media, Sustainability, Technical services & overlay, Ticketing, Venue Management, Venue Medical Operations, Volunteer Management, and Youth Programs.
Eligibility
- Minimum age is 18 years on 05/01/2024
- Be available at least 15 days during the tournament
- Speak English or/ and German
- Any one can join as a volunteer in UEFA EURO Volunteer program 2024

Volunteering hours
The start of a volunteer shift varies and depends on the position. The kick-off time plays a particularly important role on match days. As a rule, however, a shift lasts between 6 and 9 hours. In some areas there may also be an early shift and a late shift.
