- There is no upper age limit to apply.
- Have at least two years (equivalent to 2,800 hours) of work experience. work experience is not only about a professional job. It also adds your volunteer work, unpaid internships, paid internships, etc. A work week is defined as between 35 and 60 hours, and a work year is defined as between 40 and 50 weeks for this calculation. Everything over the maximum allowable hours of work per week is disqualified.
- Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by the deadline listed on the application timeline.
- Chevening has removed their English language requirement for anyone applying for the Chevening Scholarship from 2021 to 2022 and onwards.
