Open call for 30 Participants to attend Erasmus+ Training Course "Ultimately Advanced Training of Trainers - raisng Leadership and Quality" in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The training is coordinated and hosted by Smokinya Foundation and, co-funded by Smokinya accreditation from the European Union through the Erasmus + Programme.
About Smokinya Foundation
Smokinya Foundation contributes in creating a world that works for everyone out of love, care and cooperation. its approach is heuristic – a method for empowering a person to discover or learn something for themselves. Smokinya provides an alternative context of learning – experiential, ‘hands-on’ or learning by doing.
Smokinya Foundation is accredited for the implementation of projects under the Erasmus youth. This course is part of its accreditation, and so it's available for participants from any EU country.
About the Training Course
International Training Course for rasing Leadership and Quality is an international training for 36 participants from EU Countries. the objectives of the course are as follows:-
- Support youth workers, educators, and trainers to establish their own practice
- Inclusion of participants from different countries and cultures in order to express diversity
- Sustainability of career pathway as well as mindest for working on EU level
- Training leadership and accountability in youth workers, trainers, and educators
- Exchange of best practices, innovate methods, and networking between peers
In this course the trainers will work mainly with non-formal education and experiential learning. the key approaches are:
- ontological coaching
- Neuro- linguistic programming
- Embodiment
- Neuro science
- Sports
- Humor
- Challenges
- Outdoors
What do you get from the course?
The program is designed to support you to become aware of your inner and outer games. It's highly experiential, challenging, and listen in terms of working hours. what's in for you are:

Eligibility
- Aged over 18 years, there is no upper age limit
- A resident in any EU country
- Able to use English at a working level
- Interested to master your performance and expand your career
- Facing obstacles in realising your goals and dreams ( social, geographical, economic, cultural, educational, health, or other difficulties)
Finance and Benefits
- The project is co-funded by Erasmus+ programme of the European Union
- There is a donation fee on scale 45-95€ from each participant. If you are very interested in attending but find this fee too high, apply and let the organisers know in your application.
- The project will take place in the Intelcoop Hotel in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
- Accommodation is dignified and dorm room style, so be prepared to share a room.
- 3 meals per day will be provided and coffee break
- Travel expenses from your home country to project venue will be reimbursed after participation in the project according to the distance between your travelling place to the volunteering venue as follows:
- for travel distance between 10 and 99 km: 23 EUR / person.
- for travel distance between 100 and 499 km: 180 EUR / person
- for travel distance between 500 and 1499 km: 275 EUR / person
- for travel distance between 1500 and 2999 km: 360 EUR / person

- IMPORTANT: keep all your travel documents! Online boarding passes and tickets for reimbursements. No documents = no reimbursement!
- Participants are entitled to receive a YouthPass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity.

Application deadline: 8 October 2023
Arrival day: 6 November 2023
Program days: 7-14 November 2023
Departure: 15 November 2023
Follow-up: November 2023 - January 2024, follow up activities at local level, organised by participants.
General Notes
- The program is available for all EU countries, once you selected and confirmed the host organisation can add you a reliable NGO from your country.
- No late arrivals, no early departures are allowed, Dates are fixed as above.
- If you decide to apply , have in mind that you are committing yourself to all phases of this project.
- There are no sightseeing and tours planned, this is an intense program.
