The Future is Europe | Youth Worker Exchange in Trento, Italy (Fully Funded)

Open call for 24 youth workers from Erasmus+ Youth programme countries to join the training course "Youth Worker Exchange" which is going to be from 13-19 November 2024 in Candriai, Italy. This project is organised by "Associazione InCo APS" and funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

About the training

The "Future is Europe" project, part of the Erasmus+ program, aims to enhance collaboration and the exchange of best practices among youth workers throughout Europe. The clear mission is to collectively build the Exchange, highlighting the importance of teamwork and knowledge sharing in our efforts. The core focus of our project is to effectively communicate the European Union to young people and promote its values through our initiatives.

The agenda for the Youth Worker Exchange program emphasises creating a dynamic platform where participants can share their varied professional experiences within the sector. We strive to acknowledge and utilise individual skills and competencies, empowering each other through engaging non-formal learning activities. These activities will be thoughtfully designed to encourage collaboration, reflection, and personal growth among participants.

Eligibility | Who can apply?

- Youth workers from all over Europe who work with young people and the EU topics;

- Participants must be over 18 years with no maximum age limit;

- Youth workers must be with a minimum one year experience in the field of youth work to be able to share good practices and methodologies;

- It's mandatory to have a sending organisation from your country or the country of your residency to apply;

- Participants must have a good level in English since it's the language of the training and communication.

Expenses and Benefits

- Participants will be accommodated at house in Candriai di Monte Bondone, a locality of Trento. 

- The house is a self-catering house with a nice equipped kitchen, a common room and big shared bedrooms. We will cook together our meals in a community environment.

- Actual travel expenses from the country of residence to the place of exchange will be reimbursed up to the amount indicated below.The refund will be made after receiving of the complete travel documents.

• for travel distance between 100 and 499 km: 180 EUR / person, +30 EUR extra for Green travel.
• for travel distance between 500 and 1999 km: 275 EUR / person, +45 EUR extra for Green travel.
• for travel distance between 2000 and 2999 km: 360 EUR / person, +50 EUR extra for Green travel.

• IMPORTANT: keep all your travel documents! Online boarding passes and tickets for reimbursements. No documents = No reimbursement!
• IMPORTANT: Please send your travel proposition per e-mail to the organisers and wait for their confirmation before purchasing your tickets!

- Participants are entitled to receive a YouthPass certificate after the project where you are expected to self-assess your own learning and you can add it to your CV.
