Utilizing non-formal education methods, including workshops, outdoor challenges, creative expression, and group reflection, the program provides a space for in-depth learning, experimentation, and personal transformation. Leader Lab goes beyond theory by placing participants in real-life-inspired situations to actively practice leadership in a supportive but challenging environment.
