Learn, grow and explore! | Group Volunteering Project in Gdansk, Poland (Fully Funded)

An exciting opportunity for 18 young volunteers from across Europe who are interested in doing volunteer work in Poland to join the ESC Team Volunteering project "Learn, grow and, explore!" which takes place in Gdansk, Poland, from 19 November to 9 December 2025. The project is organised by the "RCWG" organization and funded by the European Solidarity Corps Programme of the European Union.

About the Volunteering

"Learn, grow, and explore" is a three-week group volunteering project for 18 young volunteers from Europe who are interested in learning how volunteering fosters active citizenship and how it relates to the European Values. Volunteers will participate mainly in three activities.

Activity 1: The volunteers will team up to bring energy and creativity into local high schools and universities. Through engaging presentations, they will showcase the European Solidarity Corps, RCWG, and Gdańsk Volunteer Week. By sharing personal stories and exciting opportunities, the goal is to motivate young people to take action, join the movement, and experience how volunteering can transform both their lives and their communities.

Activity 2: Support RCWG in preparation of GdaÅ„sk Volunteer Week (GdaÅ„ski TydzieÅ„ Wolontariatu), for example: tram to volunteering, parade of volunteers, etc.

Activity 3: As part of Volunteer Week, but under a separate initiative, we are planning to host the very first ESC Volunteer Fair this year. Volunteers will have the chance to showcase their sending organizations from their home countries, take part in interactive presentations, and join discussion panels, designed to exchange ideas and experiences.
