About the UNDP Paid Internships

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Unit of Information and Technology Management (ITM) in Copenhagen is responsible for providing ICT and Green Energy solutions to UNDP Country Offices across the world. UNDP (ITMI Unit provides dynamic and varied paid internships in a global environment, with contact to multiple partners from the 166 countries where UNDP has a presence. We are a team that works in a dynamic and casual environment, and we want our interns to become valuable team members.

As an intern, you will be given tasks and opportunities that will have a direct worldwide influence on the international community's development efforts. The UNDP/ITM internship program enriches the academic lives of motivated students as interns and prepares them to be socially responsible, inventive, and ecologically sensitive leaders of the future. We bridge the gap between textbook learning and real-world industry experience by bringing interns behind the scenes of the world's greatest renewable energy and sustainability programs, where they learn to consider the local context.

As a member of the dynamic unit, you will make global contacts with other top-talented interns and UN officials from various agencies. The office is located in Copenhagen's UN City, allowing you the opportunity to meet with individuals outside of the UNDP ITM Unit.
