An excellent opportunity for undergraduate students from all over the world to join the Global Management Program (GMP) 2026, a 6-day intensive program in which students are provided with a unique opportunity to interact with global business leaders. The GMP 2026 will take place at the Ariake Office in Tokyo, Japan, from 26- 31 July 2026. The program is hosted and funded by UNIQLO, the flagship label of the FAST RETAILING group.

About the Global Management Program
Global Management Program (GMP) 2026 is a 6-day intensive program in which undergraduate students are provided with an excellent opportunity to interact with global business leaders to learn more about the fashion-retailing industry and Fast Retailing's business. The program includes various activities such as Business sessions with Global leaders, store visits, research, presentations to board management, and engagement activities. By participation in this program, students will:
- Gain deeper insights into the global retailing industry
- Improve leadership & teamwork skills in multicultural settings
- Work on Business Cases and present to Board Management
- Interact with group executives and experts in the industry
- Acquire mentoring from global leaders during GMP
- Opportunity to be considered for Fast Retailing’s future recruitment
Eligibility | Who can apply?
- Undergraduate students at universities from all over the world, in all majors of study, are eligible to apply
- Applicants must be fluent in English, since it is the main program language
- Aspire to be global business leaders
- Possess leadership and teamwork skills
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment
- Available to attend the 6-day on-site program in Tokyo
Expenses and Benefits
The fast retailing company with its Brand UNIQLO will provide selected participants with;
- round-trip transportation to Japan,
- hotel expenses, including accommodation and meals,
- health insurance during the program period,
- visa support if it is needed.
