Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "CONNECTION" in Czechia (Funded)

An exciting opportunity for young people from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, and Bulgaria to join the Erasmus+ youth exchange "Connection", which takes place in Moravecké Pavlovice, Czech Republic, from 12-22 March 2026, including travel days. This youth exchange is organised by the "INspire" organisation from the Czech Republic and co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme. 

About the Programme 

Connection is a 9-day Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project focused on strengthening interpersonal communication, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. The project aims to bring and support 30 young people and youth workers in developing tools for authentic connection with themselves and others through Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, and embodied learning.

The exchange is inclusive, creative, and participatory, with participants actively co-creating parts of the programme, contributing to a digital workbook and learning module, and implementing local dissemination activities after the exchange.

The learning journey is structured around daily themes such as:

 - Presence and Self-Awareness

- Observing without Judgement and Emotional Literacy

- Needs Awareness and Self-Compassion

- Empathy, Conflict Transformation, and Feedback

- Authentic Expression and Open-hearted Communication

Eligibility | Who can apply?

- Young people aged between 18 and 30 from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, and Bulgaria.

- Interested in emotional intelligence, mental well-being, and communication

- Willing to participate actively and reflect on your inner processes

- Committed to engage in follow-up activities (e.g., workshop, podcast, local talk)

- Priority will be given to participants with fewer opportunities

- Participants must be able to communicate in English, since it's the main language of the training course.

Expenses and Benefits

The project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme.

- The costs of the programme, including meals, accommodation, and travel costs (according to the maximum amount of money allowed per country), will be covered by the Erasmus+ programme. 

- There is a participation fee (30 euros). If you already pay a fee to your sending organisation, no extra fee is required. If you are sent for free, a €30 participation fee applies to cover administrative costs.

- The project venue is a pension in the Vysočina region. The forest is nearby, and there is a pool and a stand-alone studio. Rooms will be for 4 to 8 people. The rooms are equipped with bedsheets.

- There will be 3 meals a day + 2 coffee breaks.  The food provided during the program will be an environmentally-conscious vegetarian diet cooked by an amazing vegan chef, who will be happy to provide you with information on sustainable and healthy cooking.

- Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Participants from Ukraine and Lithuania must travel green (no flights) to receive reimbursement. Maximum amounts: €320 (Poland, Ukraine), €275 (Italy and Bulgaria), €23 (Czech Republic).

Project rules

- The program is fully vegetarian

- Alcohol only out of program, and only with moderation (no hard liquors)

- You will be helping with cooking (and learning about plant-based cooking in the process, under the guidance of our vegan chief) and cleaning.

Selection Process

- Start by filling out the application form.

- Every partner organization (see the info-pack below) will select 5 participants and 1 group leader to participate in the programme.

- If you are selected, you will receive a Confirmation Letter with more information regarding your participation. ONLY then can you start managing your travel arrangements and booking your tickets!
