Aruba ArtWeek | ESC Team Volunteering Project in San Nicolas, Aruba (Fully Funded)

An exciting opportunity for young people from across Europe to join the ESC Team Volunteering Project "Aruba Artweek", which takes place in San Nicolas - the Art Capital of the Caribbean. This 3-week volunteer project runs from the 27th of August to the 17th of September 2026. The project is organised by Echo in partnership with Tur Cos Ta Posibel (TCTP) and funded by the European Solidarity Corps Programme of the European Union.

About the Volunteering Project

"Aruba Artweek" is a yearly festival that turns San Nicolas - the Art Capital of the Caribbean - into a vibrant space for art and community. The event is a celebration of Aruba’s cultural diversity through murals, exhibitions, performances, and public art.

This 3-week volunteering project brings together international volunteers from across Europe to help set up and run the festival. Volunteers help artists, support logistics, and help with communication. It’s a hands-on experience in event organisation, creativity, and cultural exchange in a dynamic Caribbean environment.

During the project, volunteers will get hands-on experience by helping set up and run a vibrant art fair. One of the main goals is to enhance exchange between volunteers and the local community, artists, and organisers.

You'll learn by doing, receive basic training and guidance from the team, and have the chance to contribute your own skills and creativity throughout the process.
