An exciting opportunity for 25 participants from across Europe and the neighbouring countries to join the ESC Volunteering Teams Project “The Uroczysko 2026 Festival” which takes place in WrocÅ‚aw, Poland, from the 24th of July to the 11th of August 2026. This volunteering project is organised by the "CIM Horyzonty" organisation from PoznaÅ„, Poland, and funded by the European Union through the European Solidarity Corps programme.
About the Volunteering Project
The Uroczysko 2026 Festival is the result of a collective effort. The host organisation is looking for people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and want to make a real difference in shaping this year’s edition of the Uroczysko 2026 Festival. Before the festival, Volunteers will be building wooden structures and preparing decorations mainly from natural materials such as moss, sticks, roots, twine, and stones. Everything will take place outdoors in a mountainous area. There will certainly be a bonfire, shared conversations, and beautiful views.
During the festival itself, we’ll keep the grounds clean so that participants can get the most out of the experience. We won’t let them run out of toilet paper or soap in the showers. We’ll also pick up trash to keep the area looking beautiful at all times.
Fortunately, the festival participants are largely able to take care of this themselves as well.
