About The Asia-Europe Environment Forum
The Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENVforum) Conference “Empowering Innovation in Asia & Europe - SMEs at the Heart of Circular Transition” will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 21-22 November 2023.
The conference aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, best practices and dialogue on the transition of SMEs to a circular economy model through the combined forces of innovation and green finance, ensuring sustainable growth, enhancing resilience and reducing environmental impact.
It will provide various opportunities to engage, exchange and discuss different approaches and solutions for stakeholders promoting the circular transformation of SMEs through innovation and more.
ENV Objectives
- Understand the challenges, obstacles and policy support needed to accelerate the green transition at the SME level.
-Shows real-life examples of how SMEs can facilitate circular transitions in different sectors.
Facilitate dialogue on enablers, strategies and milestones in establishing circular business models.
- The organisers will provide funding for travel and accommodation.
- The Conference is a great networking, knowledge platform for you to share your expertise and ideas.
Eligibility
- Be a citizen for one of ASEM countries ( check the list HERE)
- Be Young (Social) Entrepreneurs and Innovators, preferably with a focus on either a( technology & digitalisation, or food production/industry).
- Between 20 - 35 years old.
- High proficiency in English.
The Application form
- Filling out the application will take you about 15-20 minutes.
- You should have an updated CV ( maximum two pages)
- The application form consists of 3 parts: 1) Personal Details; 2) Professional Background, and 3) Your Perspectives on the Conference Theme.
- All fields marked with an asterisk "*" are mandatory fields.
