About Tetouan

Tétouan is a city in northern Morocco with an amazing location among the beautiful Rif Mountains. The Merinid Dynasty founded Tétouan in the fifteenth century, and its medieval medina, which showcases a tasteful fusion of Andalusian and Islamic architectural styles, is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The colourful atmosphere of the medina is accentuated by Tétouan's blooming artisanal crafts, which include beautiful woodwork, vibrant stoneware, and handwoven textiles.

Tétouan is a popular travel destination for people looking for a combination of history, culture, and scenic beauty because of its Mediterranean environment, which brings moderate, rainy winters and warm, dry summers.
