About the ACER Traineeship Programme
The ACER Traineeship Programme is designed to attract motivated university graduates willing to improve their professional growth through a dynamic learning experience by gaining hands-on experience.
This programme builds a pool of talented individuals who gain first-hand insight into the workings of the European Union and the Agency’s specific operations. In return, trainees acquire valuable technical and practical experience through their daily tasks at ACER, applying the knowledge gained from their studies or previous work. A traineeship at ACER offers an excellent chance to grow in a multicultural and intellectually engaging environment, while contributing meaningfully to the Agency’s mission.
All accepted candidates for a traineeship must work full-time, which entails 40 hours/week.
