About Kozani

Kozani is a city located in northern Greece, and it serves as the capital of the Kozani regional unit in the region of Western Macedonia. Life in the Macedonian town of Kozani is unhurried and uncomplicated. Kozani is a mountainous town and its continental climate brings hot summers and cold winters, with snowfall gracing the region during the winter months. At the heart of Kozani lies the Kovedareios Library, a treasure trove that spans four centuries. Strolling through Kozani's historic centre around Nikis Square, you can encounter grand 18th-century houses.
