ECO-Camp 'Green Heroes' | ESC group volunteering in Poland (Fully Funded)

About the project

ANAWOJ organisation invites volunteers from different european countries to join ESC group volunteering project 'Green Heroes' for two weeks in MichaÅ‚owo, Poland. The project an eco-camp and the main objectives are increasing ecological awareness among the participants and awareness of own responsibility for the environment and surrounding.

In addition to the theme of "ecology," the project aims to include various complementary themes including promoting a healthy lifestyle and outdoor sports, fostering nature education, encouraging intercultural education, advancing sustainable development, and advocating for "zero/less waste" practices while promoting the principles of permaculture. Volunteers will actively embrace the ethos of 'zero/less waste' by undertaking initiatives such as constructing their own eco-camp, learning about edible plants, mastering skills such as bed construction and cheese-making, and harvesting herbs.

Additionally, volunteers will organise cultural activities for children and undertake the renovation of a roof to create a new space for workshops. you can check the photos from last year ‘Green Heroes’ project in 2023 from HERE
