About Associazione InCo - Molfetta APS

"InCo - Molfetta is a group that helps young people in Apulia, Italy. It started in 2016 when some people came back to Apulia after living in other countries. They wanted to give local young people the same chances they had. InCo stands for "Interculturality and Communication" because they want to connect different cultures. They help people go abroad, make international contacts, and promote understanding between cultures. They also help with European integration and improve the quality of youth work locally and nationally. InCo-Molfetta helps people learn about different cultures and develop important skills in a fun way."

About the project

"Out Loud" is a 5-day international training for youth workers and youth activists focuses on the main dilemma “dissemination of projects vs promotion” of the Erasmus+ programmes and exploring the new trends of communication in order to reach young people and institutions at the same time. The activities will include workshops and tools to bridge the gap between promotion and dissemination. Dissemination happens as a part of each project, but promotion is a more organised process that requires investment and long-term planning. With the new accreditation solution, organisations can create a European Development Plan using promotion techniques like marketing.

The training will be split into three sections: communication (for any audience), dissemination (for a particular audience), and promotion (for multiple audiences to spread brand awareness).
