"Walk the Talk" Seminar in Visegrad, Hungary (Fully Funded)

About "Walk the Talk" Seminar

The seminar will feature an innovative interactive format called 'Walk the Talk,' where participants will walk along a cultural route with an expert, learning and exchanging ideas about youth mobility, youth cards, cultural heritage, and integrating these elements. The seminar will also focus on the unique challenges faced by young people in rural areas in accessing cultural or mobility programs. This event builds on the conclusions and recommendations from various events and processes conducted by the Council of Europe and EYCA over the past year.

The main objectives of the seminar are to:

- Promote the European Youth Card as a tool for connecting young people, especially those from rural areas, with the cultural offerings of Council of Europe member states, particularly Hungary.

- Introduce EYCA members to the cultural heritage opportunities available to young people, especially those from rural areas, including the European Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe, and encourage the development of partnerships with cultural heritage organizations for the benefit of young people.

- Provide networking opportunities between civil servants from member states of the Partial Agreement, European Youth Card organisations, and youth organisations representing rural youth. This will be especially beneficial for those staying to participate in the Annual Advisory Forum on Cultural Routes.
