Trainers’ Wellbeing Retreat | Seminar in Kalamata, Greece (Funded)

About the Seminar

The Trainers’ Wellbeing Retreat, organised by the International Youth Work Trainers Guild under Erasmus+ accreditation, offers trainers a five-day holistic programme to recharge, reflect, and develop sustainable wellbeing practices. Born from the Holistic Trainer project, it addresses challenges such as burnout, emotional strain, irregular schedules, and limited support structures. Through sessions focused on physical and mental well-being, life on the road, and community building, participants explore personal growth, exchange practical tools, and design their own well-being routines. The retreat also creates opportunities for coworking and networking, helping trainers strengthen resilience, build connections, and develop their identity as Holistic Trainers. The main objectives for the Seminar are:

- Introduce the Holistic Trainer topics of Physical and Mental Wellbeing and Life on the Road.

- To provide space and time for reflection and sharing practices, tools and methods so participants can maintain their own wellbeing as a way towards personal and professional development.

- To reflect upon their professional growth and discuss possible supporting systems within the Trainers community.

- To explore, try out, and share different paths, tools, and methods to design their own personal “wellbeing routine”

- Provide space for coworking and networking.
