An open call for 24 youth workers, educators, and youth leaders from across Europe, who are ready to dive deep into personal development, to attend the Erasmus+ training course "Global Peace Starts from within". The training course takes place in Marbella, Spain, from 26 January to 1 February 2026.
About the training course
"Global Peace Starts from within" is an intensive training course that focuses on personal development as the foundation for creating sustainable global peace. Designed for youth workers, educators, and youth leaders, the program embraces the belief that the outer world mirrors our inner world. Through experiential, reflective, and co-creative methods, participants engage the body, mind, and spirit to cultivate inner peace, conscious relationships, and creative empowerment.
The course is built on several methodological pillars:
- Inner Core Work: Utilise the Amaranta Method to connect with your personal essence, release limiting roles and masks, practice forgiveness, and address collective memories and relational conflicts (including through quantum codes).
Emotions & Body Contact: Explore and regulate emotions, affectivity, and harmonious relationships through movement-based techniques like Biodanza and dedicated Body Contact Activities.
Creative Empowerment: Use Voice Exploration, Singing, and Artistic Expression (plastic and written) as vital tools for personal empowerment and expanding the project's message locally and globally.
Critical Dialogue, Non-formal education & Strategy: Engage in Theatre of the Oppressed, Debates, and Group Reflections to critically analyse conflict. Translate insights into action by forming small groups to create new strategies, ideas, and partnerships focused on promoting peace among young people.
Intercultural learning: Foster tolerance and diversity through shared life and the Intercultural Evening, connecting with European roots and customs through popular games and group dances to build a strong, supportive "tribe."
